Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used intimate apparel or adhesive products
- Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
